Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy • Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 20% of the total booking amount. • Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled appointment. • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will be charged the 20% cancellation fee. • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in the full service charge being applied.
